How to Hard Reset LG Optimus L9 II
Performing Factory Reset on LG Optimus L9 II
Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:
It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
Hard Reset Via Phone Buttons:
- Turn off the device
- Press and hold the buttons "Volume Down + Power" until it lights and then we show the following message "FACTORY HARD RESET".
- Press the Power button and see more writings that appear on the screen.
- Again press the Power button below and we will get a message that says "Confirmed". This means that we will have confirmed the hard reset process.
- Now just have to wait a few seconds when the mobile device is restarted, we show the logo of Android processing everything and once finished, the device will reboot once more and you'll be done with the hard reset.
