Factory or Hard Reset:
A factory reset, also known as master reset, is a software restore of an electronic device to its original system state by erasing all of the information stored on the device in an attempt to restore the device’s software to its original manufacturer settings. Doing so will erase all of the data, settings, and applications that were previously on the device. This is usually done to fix a software issue that the device is facing, but it could also be done to restore the device to its original settings.
Here We Perform hard reset on the Audiovox PPC-4100
CAUTION:
Before Starting you should ensure that you have taken Backup your data from your mobile and save the program if there is unsaved data before normal or full reset.
Hard Reset Via Buttons:
NOTE: When you perform a hard reset, the current date and time are not be retained. Formats, preferences, and other settings are restored to their factory default settings.
- Hold down the Power button on the front panel of your device.
- While holding down the power button , gently press the tip of the stylus to the reset button.
The Confirmation message box appears. - Press the volume rocker key up.
