Reset HTC ONE X Plus
Normal (Soft) Reset:
Normal reset stops all running applications but does not erase any programs or saved data.
- Turn the phone on and off.
- Failing this, you can remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, reinsert the battery, and then turn the phone on.
- After re-installing the battery, turn on the device.
Full (Hard) Reset:
Full or hard reset will be erase all data from the rom.
- Slide the Notification Panel open to access the Settings.
- From here tap Storage > Factory Data Reset.
- Finally tap Erase Everything. Your device will shut down and restart.
- Turn the phone off.
- Press and hold the Volume Down Button and press the the Power Button.
- Release the Volume Down Button when the device turns back on.
- Press Volume Down to select FACTORY RESET and press the Power Button.

Important Instructions:
Take Backup from your mobile and save the program if there is unsaved data before normal or full reset.
