  • We turn off the device

  • The Reset menu will appear and the button to lower the volume we are in the third option (Wipe data / Factory reset) and pressed the Power button to confirm the selection.
  • On the next screen we are in the "Yes - Delete all user data" option and pressed Power to confirm.
  • The hard reset process will start.
  • When the reset process is complete, we show once again the Reset menu and select the first "Reboot System Now" option and pressed Power to confirm.
