Hard (Full) Reset:

Warning:
Performing a full reset, your LG Smartphone returns to its default settings and looses all information that is not recorded in ROM.
 
To perform a factory (hard) reset:
  1. Press Menu > Settings> Reset Settings>Master Reset. Select Yes, enter Security code, press OK. The default security code is 0000.
