Hard (Full) Factory Reset:
It may be necessary to perform a reset if your smartphone fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Before performing a reset, ensure that your smartphone is not locked. Press any key or tap the screen to see if the phone responds.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your phone and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your smartphone to an operational state.
Reset Via Phone Setting:
- Go to Menu and choose Settings.
- Then, Select Backup&reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone.
- Now select Erase Everything. Using this method all your data will be erased.
Reset Via Phone Buttons:
- Turn off your phone and press at the same time Power + Volume Up for several seconds, until you feel it vibrate.
- Then press Power Button to enter the recovery menu and use Volume Up and Volume Down keys to navigate.
- Now choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset by pressing Volume Up or Volume Down.
- Then press Power Button to Enter and wait several minutes for the phone restart.
