How to Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300
Performing Hard Reset on Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300
Normal (Soft) Reset:
To restart your device:
- Press and hold the Power Key for 8-10 seconds.
- If this does not work, remove and replace the battery as shown:
Hard (Full) Reset:
Warning:
Perform a full reset, your Samsung Galaxy returns to its default settings and looses all information that is not recorded in ROM (Read Only Memory) including Contacts, Messages etc..
Via Settings:
- In Idle Mode open the application list and choose Settings.
- From here tap Privacy then Factory data reset.
- Tap Reset Phone and then Erase Everything.
Alternatively:
- On the keypad enter *2767*3855#
