Performing Factory Reset on LG Optimus Net P690


Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Warning: 
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
 
Important Instructions Before applying the method:


  • The method to hard reset erases all contents of the device, both internal memory and external memory, therefore, it is recommended that a complete backup of the internal memory and external memory withdraw.
  • We need to verify that the physical buttons on the sides, such as the power button, buttons raise and lower the volume and the home button function properly, since the application of the method is based on the use of these 3 buttons.
  • The battery must be charged at least 60%.
 Perform Hard Reset: 
 
  • Turn off the mobile.
  • Press and hold the Volume Up button until the Home Power LG logo followed by the Android logo displayed.


  • After the logo of Android, the device will reboot and the LG logo appears again, with that we know that the device has been reset successfully.
