Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:
It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.
Many times we are in the annoying situation where our smart phone device locks for having mistakenly entered more than 5 times the security pattern. When this happens we lose total control of our device, because we can not access its interface and hence applications.
To solve this problem, a small Forced method that is responsible for eliminating the security pattern defined on mobile devices. This method is known as the famous Hard reset or reset method. What makes this method is to delete the entire contents of the device and thus, passwords, security patterns and all hosted content are also eliminated within the internal memory. The device returns to a factory state, as if we had just bought.

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
Backup all data hosted in the internal memory of the device, because as we know, the hard reset will erase all content in its path

Steps For Hard Reset:
- Turn off the device.
- With the device turned off we press and hold the following buttons "Volume +" + "Home" + "Power" and release until the phone switches.
- Wait a few seconds until Android logo displayed followed by the Reset menu.
- Within the Reset menu button down with "Volume least" until the "Wipe data / Factory reset" and press Power to confirm.
- On the next screen down to the "Yes - Delete all user data" option and pressed Power to confirm.
- The reset process will start in few seconds.
- Once you finish the reset process will have a new screen and select the first "Reboot System Now" option and pressed Power to confirm.
