Before Performing a Hard Reset

A hard reset erases the contents of a cell phone, rolling the system back to the factory settings. The process deletes any viruses or glitches in the system, along with any other data, such as photos, music files, and address books. This process is not reversible, so users should not perform a hard reset without first backing up their data.

Note: It is again reminder you that backing up all data you want to keep before continuing.
